Preservation for Profit Workshop
Historic Augusta held its Preservation for Profit workshop, August 23, 2023. Augusta is the second oldest city in the state of Georgia and has a high inventory of vacant historic structures. This workshop demonstrates why rehabilitating a historic property is advantageous and how the rehabilitation can be completed. Available tools and strategies for the completion of these projects are covered by professionals who have worked with certified rehabilitations.
$35 registration fee includes printed copy of the workbook, “How to Make Money Saving Historic Buildings: A Guide for Investors”, lunch and refreshments.
If interested in being a presenter at the next workshop, please contact Preservation Manager Jack Jones, [email protected]
